Lester is recognized nationally as a regulatory attorney and expert in consumer finance, securitization, mortgage, and banking law.  In a variety of capacities, over the past 30 years as an attorney, Mr. Firstenberger has represented the interests of numerous financial institutions in transactions valued in excess of one trillion dollars.  He was appointed to and served a three-year term as a member of the Consumer Advisory Council of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.  He has extensive governmental relations experience in the US and Canada at both the federal and state and provincial levels.

Tony has been involved in the real estate industry for over 30 years with a specific competence in valuation. His career started in the construction industry eventually transitioning into residential valuation, real estate sales, title and due diligence.

 

For the past 10 years he has been an industry leading Subject Matter Expert working with several startups which lead him to help form the Veptas team.

Stephen is responsible for Veptas’ cloud-based architecture and SaaS delivery platform, software development, product delivery and all third-party vendor relationships.  A senior IT executive with over 35 years of technology and business experience with a proven track record of building and integrating automated solutions to solve business and product requirements. As an early adopter of agile software methodologies, Steve has delivered customized enterprise solutions with rapid deployments meeting and exceeding the needs of our customers.

Bob is a financial services executive with over 40 years in mortgage originations, servicing, compliance, and international consulting.   Bob has held senior level positions with firms including Associates Financial Services, Countrywide Home Loans, Fremont Investment and Loans, ALLSEC Technology.  Bob is a proud Veteran of the U.S. Army's (101st Airborne Division) and a strong supporter of Hope Farm which focuses on at risk youth in Fort Worth, TX.
