Complexity Fee Score
Lenders may use their own appraiser panels or shared appraiser panels. The platform does the work of matching the subject property with a qualified appraiser who is geographically competent and has the necessary credentials to ensure a high quality appraisal.
Our Valuation Quality Analysis (VQA+) provides real-time holistic review and feedback of the completed appraisal, analyzing the completeness and compliance of the report, assessing the credibility and complexity of the appraisal and providing reliable scoring. The VQA significantly reduces stips leading to faster closings and happier borrowers.
